What You Need ✨

You can do it at home! All you’ll need is some long resistance bands. Fix one end of your bands to a point at shoulder height, or have someone on hand to hold them.

We’ll do a quick 15 minute Zoom call. You’ll answer a couple questions, do a few basic exercises, and that’s all, folks!
