The 12-week intensive part of the program is curated to your athlete, which means her 30-minute workouts 3x a week link directly to her skills.

(With videos featuring real gymnasts!)

You get to watch her understand her body as we discuss progress in her monthly check-ins.

And the real value here is her progress assessments every 6 weeks give her a concrete sense of confidence in her improvement.

🌱 The building & growing phase

 This is where your athlete gets to take ownership of her body.

For 12 months following phase 1, your athlete receives continued support to build her balance, form, & power.

Through the entire program, you receive 24/7 messaging support.

This means you can ask questions (and send videos!) about your athlete’s workout form, and even get feedback on skills & routines.

The real value here is you get to relax from the sidelines knowing your athlete is in good hands, and just enjoy your amazing athlete’s skills again.

Hi! I’m Coach Sarah.

Sarah Petersen is a gymnast, aerialist, mom, and gymnastics coach of +15 years. She created this program after dislocating her elbow and dealing with years of pain that traditional training never solved. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and she’s on a mission to help athletes stay strong, injury-free, and confident… for life.

(She also plans to keep her standing tuck forever. 😉)
