So you’re interested in getting a conditioning program. Awesome! The future of gymnastics lies in trackable strength progress and injury prevention. But you know that already. That’s why you’re here.
Now, you want to know which program will work for your gym. I believe every gym deserves access to the latest, safest, and most effective programming. What will fit your schedule, facility, and budget?
First, let’s go over what ALL of the programs contain.
What Makes Every Program Valuable
No matter which program you choose, you’ll be receiving consistent, personalized attention.
No matter what, you’re getting a deal.
My programs are designed to be cheaper than hiring an in-house strength coach.
A typical in-house strength coach will run you about $30,000 a year, minimum. Even if you go with the Elite Program, you can budget well below that minimum range.
You’ll be seeing a lot of me.
With every program, I’ll be popping by for a visit and in-person assessments every 6 weeks.
I can’t know it all through a screen and a chat feature. I believe it’s important for me to regularly see how your gymnasts are moving, feeling, and performing. (And writing that stuff down!)
I’m all about that trackable progress.
Included with each program are regular Movement & Performance Assessment Reports.
Although I won’t be at your gym every day, I’ll be using that away time to create detailed performance reports. These will show your progress in numbers, give tips to improve during practice, and provide preview of how the program can be adjusted for the next 6 weeks based on my findings.
My remaining “spare time” is then spent personalizing your program, crunching numbers, and nerding out on the latest research in exercise science.
Which Program Works for You?
Now, let’s get into the nitty gritty of what makes each program unique.
Elite Custom Program
$2,000/month
Up to 2 custom programs.
Double the programs, double the strength. With the Elite Custom Program, you can organize your gymnasts however you choose. You’ll get specific insights for each group and two separate Assessment Reports.
Say you want one program for your optionals and a simpler one for your Xcels. Or maybe you want a competitive team program and another program to set up your pre-team girls for success. Whatever you choose, let’s do it!
As many days of conditioning per week as needed.
How often we schedule a conditioning sesh is up to you. If you want 7 days of conditioning per week, you’ve got it. If it’s only 2 you’re after, we’ll make sure they’re the most efficient workouts that make sense for your practice schedule.
In addition, I’ll use your gym’s competition schedule to make sure they’re extra prepared (but not sore) for every meet!
Recommended For:
- Large gyms
- Gyms with a variety of levels or programs
- Teams that train high hours
- Competitive gyms seeking out the best value
Standard Custom Program
$1,500/month
1 custom conditioning program.
You’ll get one program based on whoever you’d like! I can assess your full competitive team to share a program. Many times, training programs are similar regardless of level, so you’ll see the same strengths and weaknesses across the board.
This means one program can be shared across the gym (or just for your team/optionals/etc.) as you see fit.
As many days of conditioning per week as needed.
You choose the days, I’ll do the rest. A standard of conditioning 3 days a week is more than enough to ensure strength and injury-prevention maintenance. But if you need a full week, you got it! If you’re looking to build a bullet-proof team, I’ll make sure both the coach’s and the athletes’ time is spent wisely.
Plus, I’ll use your gym’s competition schedule to make extra sure they’re training effectively (and not sore for their most important meets)!
Recommended For:
- Any size gym
- Gymnasts and teams with similar goals
- Coaches seeking to gain a competitive edge
- Gyms looking for a program that will grow with them
Basic Program
$500/month
1 pre-made program.
This program is a standard I built based on the common gymnastics strengths and weaknesses I’ve seen in each gym I’ve worked with. I also incorporate prehab for common patterns of injury found across the sport.
Though it won’t be customized to your gym’s exact facility, it requires minimal space equipment to be effective.
5 days of conditioning per week.
Although written out on a standard Monday–Friday schedule, the workouts can be manually adjusted to whenever fits your practice schedule. Each workout is designed to be efficient with the time and effort of a standard gymnastics team’s workload and season schedule.
Recommended For:
- Smaller gyms
- Teams looking for general strength improvement
- Coaches looking for general injury prevention
- Gyms looking for value with a smaller budget
