What’s this challenge about? 🤔
The Body Awareness Challenge is for parents whose athletes need to gain body awareness, prevent pain, and get stronger. For parents to take a deep breath knowing YOU actually have some power over keeping your athlete safe too.
Enter your info above for more info & a chance to be coached directly by an injury prevention specialist.
In the meantime, stay bendy, stay strong! 💖

Did you know that your gymnast or cheerleader’s body awareness issues can usually be boiled down to 5 simple fixes? 🖐🏼
I’m Coach Sarah, a body awareness coach for gymnasts, cheerleaders, & dancers, and I help hundreds of parents keep their tumbling tots and teenagers CONFIDENT & injury-free. But how can you get your athlete to learn to love to do her workouts AND have good form?
And how can you, the parent, go back to just taking cool videos from the sidelines and being proud of your confident little jumping bean?
Strong. Confident. Body Aware.
I know how hard it is to be a parent who feels like your kid’s struggles are beyond their control, to be the gymnast who doesn’t understand what “straight legs” actually feels like, and even to be the coach who doesn’t have the time or resources to help every kid.
Kids don’t gain body awareness just because they’re in a good gym. They BECOME resilient when they understand their bodies, and confidence just blossoms with it.
You may be thinking: this is great, but how do I get my kid to actually DO it?
How to get your athlete on board ⚓️
Before they can fix anything, they’re going to need to FEEL that things need to improve.
This challenge teaches parents how to spot things your gymnast or cheerleader may already be doing things that could lead to injury, how to start making improvements immediately, and ways to motivate your athletes to actually WANT to make the change.
That’s why this challenge is actually for the PARENTS of athletes (although they’re welcome to join in too).
And because these mental and physical tips are so quick, you can expect your athlete to start to improve her body awareness in just 5 days––or even less!
