Coach Sarah has helped hundreds of gymnasts, cheerleaders, and dancers avoid chronic pain and unlock newfound confidence in their sport. As a nearly burnt-out gymnast herself, it’s her goal to give parents of athletes hope that their children can enjoy their sport for as long as they want and have strong, healthy bodies way beyond their time in a leotard.

I believe gymnasts are hard workers who just need to be set on the right path to keep their bodies healthy.
